Enjoy the Funday Friday activites and/or create your own appreciation and wellness initiatives. When we practice wellness and team building and show appreciation for one another, we are creating a culture for our Pack to thrive.
Finish the week by planning fun ways to appreciate your Pack. Create fun awards for individuals and/or teams that use Pack-related superlatives. Celebrate with your Pack by getting a meal together.
ACTIVITIES & WEBINAR
Webinar: Building Team Engagement with Icebreakers
- Join us for an engaging, interactive webinar to explore how to use icebreakers to boost participation and create a more connected atmosphere. Icebreakers are perfect for energizing meetings and team-building activities, helping ensure everyone is involved and engaged. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to learn valuable techniques for fostering stronger connections in your team!

BetterYou Walking Challenge Group Walk
- Get your steps in and join the BetterYou Walking Challenge for a group walk.
- Led by Wellness Champion, Cristal Cruz. Meet at Harris Hall at the front main entrance.
- Time: 9 a.m.
- Led by Wellness Champion, Demar Bonnemere. Meet at Administrative 1 Building at the entrance.
- Time: 11 a.m.
Reynolds Coliseum Tour
- Reynold Coliseum is one of the most iconic buildings on campus. The coliseum was once considered one of the toughest places to play in the Atlantic Coast Conference. Tom Stafford, retired vice chancellor for student affairs, will lead a tour of the historic building. Space on the tour is limited, so reserve your spot as soon as possible.

Ice Cream Social for College of Veterinary Medicine Employees
- Howl about some ice cream? We want to thank Our Extraordinary Pack for all you do to make NC State a great workplace. Drop by the main lawn of the hospital for some Howling Cow ice cream while supplies last.

Celebrate with your Pack by getting a meal together.

- Dine at an off-campus restaurant or an on-campus dining hall.
- Enjoy a potluck or picnic with your Pack.
- Host a healthy snack break.
- Get Howling Cow ice cream together at the NC State Dairy Research and Training Farm.
- Host a virtual lunch hour.
- Schedule an in-person or virtual coffee chat.
- Keep dietary and environmental restrictions in mind so everyone can participate.
Plan a Community Service Opportunity

Now is the time to visit NC State’s extraordinary Wellness and Recreation Center and Carmichael Gym. Employees are invited to stop by to take a self guided tour during the hours of 9 a.m. – 4 p.m..
