Send a Note of Gratitude to a Colleague

Thankful Tuesday

May 7, 2024

Enjoy the Thankful Tuesday activites and/or create your own appreciation and wellness initiatives. When we practice wellness and team building and show appreciation for one another, we are creating a culture for our Pack to thrive.

Share your appreciation and gratitude with members of the Pack who positively affect your work day. Send Paws and Say Thanks cards to colleagues, and look at the Recognition Toolbox on the UHR website to learn about other appreciation activities, strategies and practices.

Share your appreciation and gratitude to Pack members who positively impact your work day.

Paws and Say Thanks Challenge

  • PAWS and Say Thanks is an on-the-spot, peer-to-peer recognition program that allows employees to send electronic or physical thank-you cards to outstanding colleagues throughout the university. When you notice an employee going above and beyond in performing their job duties, PAWS and Say Thanks is a quick and easy way to express how much you appreciate their hard work. Today and everyday we encourage you to Paws and Say Thanks. Let’s see how many people we can thank today and throughout the week!
