I am an alumn of the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at NC State. I worked in the telecom and contract manufacturing industry for more than 20 years, and now I work for the College of Engineering.
For the past nearly 15 years, I’ve used my background as an engineer to bring real-world experiences to the rising K-12 participants in the summer engineering camps I manage.
In 2023, I was a nominee for the College of Engineering’s staff Excellence Award.
I work with partner engineering camps across the state to bring engineering education to children and teachers unable to attend camps in Raleigh. Nearly 2,000 campers attend week-long camps in our state.
My favorite thing to do is spending time with my family, friends and my two dogs, Moana and Milo. I enjoy playing games, traveling, crafting and watching good movies.
