If you attended Red and White Fest: An Employee Celebration last month, we hope you left feeling proud to be part of the Pack.
That’s the fest’s goal — to celebrate and instill Pack pride.
“I think when the NC State community can come out to celebrate and take a break from work, that recharges employees to go back to their departments and do their jobs,” said Stephanie Davis, assistant director of Learning and Organizational Development and an organizer of the fest.
The only way we can achieve that goal is with the help of those who organize the fest and those who volunteer during the fest. We can’t name everyone who contributed to this year’s success. However, we do owe each of you, especially HR employees Avery Tuttle and Kelly Vance and Wellness and Recreation employee Jason Spivey, a heartfelt thank-you.
One of our favorite things to do in this newsletter each year is to share how much fun employees had at the fest. Everyone seemed to enjoy the free food and games, the prize giveaways, the music and, most of all, the photo opportunities with Mr. and Ms Wuf.
