- I’m a proud North Carolinian born and raised in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina.
- I’m a twin and a parent to identical twins. Double the trouble and all of the fun.
- I’ve worked and lived in Santiago, Chilé, and Dubai and Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates, pursuing my love of education, outreach and engagement.
- I think the most peaceful place on campus is the balcony on the fifth floor of Hunt Library. The views, the breeze and the peace are rejuvenating.
- I enjoy thrilling sports like skydiving, Formula One race car driving and motorcycle riding.
