- I love helping people grow plants.
- I have interned, volunteered and worked in eight botanical gardens around the world. I was a curator at two of them.
- I received my master’s in biodiversity and taxonomy of plants from the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh and the University of Edinburgh.
- I love chocolate and whiskey.
- All of my grandparents are still alive and very active. I love visiting with them.
