I was born in Las Vegas, Nevada, and grew up there until I moved to Mooresville, North Carolina, at age 10.
When I was in middle school, I was the only girl on my school’s wrestling team (and yes, I pinned a boy!).
I graduated from UNC Wilmington in 2016 with a B.A. in both art history and French and received my M.A. in art history at Mizzou in 2018.
I interned in the education department of the Philadelphia Museum of Art while in college.
I have visited at least 30 art museums, including the Louvre, the Reykjavík Art Museum, the Rijksmuseum, the Mauritshuis and the Met. I would still like to check the Uffizi and the Acropolis Museum off my list!
