- I’ve lived in North Carolina for three years. I moved here from Providence, Rhode Island, but I grew up in a rural college town in northeast Missouri.
- My favorite hiking/camping destinations have included the Badlands in South Dakota, Pictured Rocks in Michigan and Sierra Norte de Oaxaca in Mexico.
- I’m in a competitive online trivia league. My best categories are literature and American history, and my worst is theater.
- I love a great college radio station. When I joined NC State, I treated myself to a WKNC T-shirt to celebrate.
- I’m about a third of the way through the Cook Out milkshake menu. My favorite so far is peach cobbler.
