Register for Wellness Webinars on Stress, Goal-Setting

The Faculty and Staff Assistance Program will offer a slate of wellness webinars in February on the following topics: goal-setting, stress and self-acceptance. Two of the webinars will take place Tuesday, Feb. 13, which is the university’s designated wellness day for the spring semester. NC State schedules wellness days each academic year — one in the fall and another in the spring. FASAP and University Human Resources use wellness days to offer staff and faculty opportunities to learn how to improve their well-being.

Registration is required to attend the FASAP webinars.
