Register for Virtual Wellness Day Courses

The NC State Faculty and Staff Assistance Program will offer employees an opportunity to participate in two wellness-related courses on Feb. 16, which NC State has designated as a wellness day.

Wellness days are opportunities for the NC State community to pause, reflect, reset and participate in wellness-related activities. NC State will be open Feb. 16, but the university won’t hold classes for students.

The FASAP wellness courses are free, approximately 45 to 60 minutes long and will take place virtually. Registration is required. You can register for one or both of the courses through REPORTER. The names of the courses and registration links for each course are listed below. Detailed course descriptions are available on the registration pages.

“We hope you take advantage and enjoy these valuable learning opportunities as part of NC State’s wellness day,” said Dan O’Brien, director of Employee Relations in University Human Resources.
