Register To Go on Free Tour of PULSTAR Nuclear Reactor

The Onboarding Center will host a special tour of the PULSTAR nuclear reactor on Thursday, Dec. 8, from 1 to 2 p.m. in the Burlington Nuclear Engineering Lab at 2500 Katharine Stinson Drive. NC State’s nuclear reactor is one of two PULSTAR reactors that were built but is the only one still in operation.

Space on the tour is limited, so reserve your spot as soon as possible. The tour group will meet in the lobby of the lab by the big blue sign. Enter the building through the north entrance.

Tour policy requires participants to provide a photo ID during the check-in process. Also, you can’t bring a cell phone, camera, bag (e.g., backpack, purse, etc.) or weapon into the reactor facility.

We hope you can join us in learning more about the PULSTAR Reactor. To register for the tour, go to REPORTER.
