I earned my Ph.D. in educational research and policy analysis from NC State in 2018. Later that year I began working at the Friday Institute as a research associate.
My husband, Shawn, and I also got married in 2018, and he is also an NC State alumnus. Go Pack!
Although I love the Pack for many reasons, I’m also a Tar Heel. I earned my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in public health from UNC-Chapel Hill.
I am a first-generation college graduate with a background in higher ed administration, and I love to teach college students. I am also an adjunct assistant professor in NC State’s College of Education.
In my free time, I enjoy cooking, working out and spending quality time with my family and our Yorkshire terrier, Winston.
