A dedication ceremony held at the Memorial Belltower on May 14 celebrated the completion of a restoration project at the historic landmark. A gift from Bill Henry, a 1981 graduate of NC State, and his wife, Frances, helped fund the project, which began in 2019 and included the installation of 55 bells, a carillon and interior stairs, the stabilization of the tower and upgrades to the surrounding plaza. That plaza is now called Henry Square.
