The classes offered by Learning and Organizational Development as part of its Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) program are now open for fall and spring registration.

LEAD is a valuable resource that can help you build key skills, strengthen leadership capabilities and prepare to advance your career. You can take individual LEAD courses or participate in the Level Up With LEAD certificate program. 

The certificate-earning program has three distinct learning levels, providing participants with the opportunity to develop or enhance their leadership and communication skills while earning badges and prizes.

Registration is $75 per instructor-led class or $375 per level. Certificate program participants have one year from their registration date to complete the requirements to earn a certificate.
