A new and improved University Human Resources website will launch in late August. The new website is the result of feedback from users of the current UHR website and many months of dedicated hard work by University Human Resources and University Communications and Marketing. Here are some features of the new website.
- Marketing focus: The new website will focus on meeting the needs of prospective employees and providing resources and opportunities for current employees, such as professional development training.
- HRNow integration: HRNow is our online service platform that employees can use to request HR services, search for HR-related information and submit questions to UHR. We made sure to highlight HRNow resources throughout the website for easy access.
- Responsiveness: The new website is cross-platform compatible, meaning it will look great on your desktop screen and on mobile devices like phones and tablets.
- Improved website navigation: We’ve simplified the website navigation so that users can find what they’re looking for quickly and efficiently. You won’t need to know the names of UHR departments to find information on the new website. The new dropdown website navigation will list programs and the services that HR offers, not department names.
We’re excited to be about a month away from the launch of the website, and we can’t wait for you to start using it. We’ll let you know when the new site is available.
