If you want to buy or sell a house or move, check out the services available to NC State staff and faculty through REAP Rewards and Moving With the Pack. You can only use one of the programs, and the decision about whether to use one of them is yours to make.
REAP Rewards
Coldwell Banker Advantage’s REAP Rewards is a home buying and selling service that offers discounts and cash-back incentives. In addition to employees, this program is available to family members of employees.
If you are eligible to participate in REAP Rewards and contact the program before working with a Realtor, the program will assign you to a specialist. The specialist will assess your needs and introduce you to a Realtor who is knowledgeable about REAP Rewards and the market area where you need assistance. The specialist will introduce you to a mortgage loan officer to assist you with mortgage-related questions and services if needed.
Moving With the Pack
Moving With the Pack offers the following services:
- Home buying
- Home selling
- Financing
- Household goods moving
- Rental services
If you purchase a home, you may be eligible for a cash rebate or up to $750 off closing costs through Fonville Morisey Lending Services.
