Awards for Excellence is the most prestigious honor NC State bestows upon nonfaculty employees. This award recognizes employees in seven categories for outstanding accomplishments and contributions that go above and beyond their job responsibilities.

Fifty-three employees won Awards for Excellence at the college and division level this year and are eligible to win the award at the university level. NC State will announce 12 universitywide award winners during the ceremony next month. The winners will be eligible to win a Governor’s Award for Excellence.
