Watch Recordings of Wellness Day Classes
If you missed the virtual classes offered on wellness day in February by the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program last month, you can watch recordings of those sessions below.
The first session is “Mindfulness: Being Present in Your Work and Life,” which discusses mindfulness and how to practice it in your life.
The second session is “Laughter, Humor and Play To Reduce Stress and Solve Problems.” Viewers will learn how to benefit from using smiling, laughter, humor and play as part of their daily routine.
