LEAD Monthly Challenges Set To Launch in May

LEAD Monthly Challenges

Learning and Organizational Development in University Human Resources is preparing to launch a new monthly challenge initiative as a part of its Leadership Education and Development program.

The initiative will launch in May and add new ways of engaging with L&OD’s professional development opportunities, which are available to all NC State employees.

The learning challenges will offer incentives for participants, such as a chance to earn rewards, including a book on leadership, and have their names featured on a monthly LEADerboard that will showcase training achievements. L&OD will provide details for how to complete each month’s set of learning challenges on a webpage that will launch soon.

L&OD created the LEAD program to help employees at all levels reach their full leadership potential. The program equips participants with the tools and skills to successfully address tomorrow’s leadership challenges using diverse methods of self-directed learning. Employees can earn multiple self-paced learning certificates and participate in interactive learning events and leadership development courses.

You can learn more about current and upcoming LEAD activities on the LEAD Professional Learning website.
