NC State’s Faculty and Staff Assistance Program Has Work-Life Solutions
NC State’s Faculty and Staff Assistance Program provides faculty and staff with the support, resources and information they need to help them handle personal and work-life issues.
FASAP is designed to provide 24/7 support to faculty and staff, offering work-life specialists to talk to and resources to consult whenever employees need them, said Dan O’Brien, assistant director of Employee Relations in University Human Resources.
FASAP work-life specialists will research your questions and provide referrals and resources to assist you with a variety of issues, including with the following:
- Child and elder care.
- Moving and relocation.
- Making major purchases.
- College planning.
- Pet care.
- Home repair.
